So today is the day i start my 12week VLCD shake plan. Nothing but 3 shakes a day and a TON of water every day for 12weeks. I know i can do it! There's an old saying that goes, 'reach for the stars, you may not get one, but you might get as far as the moon' or something like that. Well, that's where I am. My goal was to be 72kg by today, but I've gotten as far as 78. That's okay, I'm happy with that, I'm closer to my goal than my starting weight by a long shot and I'm a little bit proud. Well I joined Weight Watchers in Feb 2011 and I was dreading on getting on those scales ... with great reason I let myself go I weighed in at 136.8 kilos the first week back I hopped on the scales and I was very happy that I lost 3 kilos yay. But I have now been on the program for 18 weeks now and with losses every week mostly grams I have lost 19 kilos in 18 weeks.
